This Refund Policy describes when and how JODY LORD LLC issues refunds for course purchases made through Jody Lord Learning.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a course is not what you expected, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — as long as you have completed less than 30% of the course content. No questions asked.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
• You have completed 30% or more of the course or downloaded substantial materials.
• The purchase was a discounted bundle partially consumed beyond the threshold above.

3. How to Request

Email info@jodylordllc.com from the address used at purchase with your order details, or call 360-518-0908. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Technical Problems

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing a course and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the windows above.

5. Account Violations

Access terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing accounts or redistributing content) is not eligible for a refund.
