We provide self-paced online computer courses delivered through our learning platform. Course access is granted for a defined period stated at purchase. We may update course content to keep it accurate and current.

3. Payments and Access

All course content, videos, text, graphics and the Jody Lord Learning logo are the property of JODY LORD LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal learning. Projects you create yourself remain yours.

6. No Professional Advice

Courses teach practical skills but do not guarantee employment, income or business results. Outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Washington.
